Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our online sales team. As a Digital Sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining positive client relationships, demonstrating and presenting products, evaluating data and information collected from online buyers, meeting sales goals, reviewing sales performance, and ensuring that the teams deliver the customer promise through selling interactions and presentation standards.

  • Evaluate data and information collected from online buyers to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Review sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the teams deliver the customer promise through selling interactions and presentation standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong online social media knowledge, strong English communication skills, be energetic and efficient, possess teamwork skills, multitasking skills, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
