Job Opportunity: Digital Adoption Professional

This role involves creating, maintaining, and optimizing in-app guidance content to support seamless user engagement.

  • Build, edit, and optimize digital adoption platform elements including walkthroughs, onboarding task lists, in-app announcements, surveys, and contextual tooltips.

Required skills include writing clear instructional text tailored to user roles and tasks, following internal style guides, accessibility best practices, and naming conventions to ensure consistency and clarity.

  • Draft content scripts or storyboards with clear instructional text.
  • Follow internal style guides and accessibility best practices.
  • Support intake, prioritization, and planning of new content requests based on user needs, feedback, or product changes.

Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor's or master's degree preferably in computer science or data analytics, 0-1 years of experience in digital adoption or a similar role, and excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex processes into clear, user-friendly instructions.

  • Experience with digital tools for user support and enablement is required.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving user experience are essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data and translate insights into actionable enhancements. They must also be able to work in US timings.
