Job Overview

This role involves supporting user experiences and driving digital transformation through technology. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing in-app guidance content to support seamless user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, edit, and optimize digital adoption platform elements to enhance user interaction.
  • Draft clear instructional content tailored to user roles and tasks.
  • Foster consistency and clarity by adhering to internal style guides and accessibility best practices.
  • Support content planning, intake, and prioritization based on user needs and feedback.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to validate process accuracy and ensure up-to-date content.
  • Audit and maintain live content to ensure ongoing relevance and performance.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing across supported browsers and user roles.
  • Ensure content meets privacy and security standards.
  • Publish approved content to the correct environment and user segments.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and verify post-launch performance.
  • Analyze usage data to monitor completion rates and drop-off points.
  • Recommend content improvements based on insights and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics.
  • 0-1 years of experience in Digital Adoption or a similar role.
  • Experience with digital tools for user support, such as Learning Management Systems or in-app help systems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms, especially EHR, CRM, or ERP systems.
  • Strong writing skills to simplify complex processes into clear instructions.
  • Exposure to Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe or Pendo is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and passion for improving user experience.
  • Data analysis skills to translate insights into actionable enhancements.
