Job Title: Marketing and Admissions Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing and admissions strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for promoting our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our programs to prospective students.
  • Admissions Management: Assist the Director in overseeing recruitment and admissions activities, help establish goals and objectives for the admissions office, and coordinate the processing of admissions applications.
  • Event Planning: Organize events, such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions, to promote our programs and engage with stakeholders.
  • Communications: Develop and implement communications campaigns to attract prospective students, create a reliable and accurate marketing information system, and maintain a database of student, academic, and agent contacts for customer relationship management and direct mailing.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing and promotions budget to meet student targets in a cost-effective manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare an annual marketing report to inform strategic decision making.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA in marketing from a recognized University.
  • Skills: Strong marketing and communication skills, ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, experience with event planning and coordination, and proficiency in using various software applications.
  • Qualifications: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.
