We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our organization.

This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Management:
    • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers.
    • Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes as needed.
    • Ensure data backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested regularly.
  • Laptop Management:
    • Set up, configure, and deploy laptops for new and existing employees.
    • Manage asset inventory and ensure devices are secure and up-to-date.
    • Install and update software, antivirus, and other essential tools.
  • Technical Issue Resolution:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues.
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems both remotely and in-person.
    • Document and track support requests through the helpdesk system.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in IT support or similar technical roles
    • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
    • Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux)
    • Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
    • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
