Job Overview

This role is designed for individuals who want to leverage their analytical skills to drive business performance.

As a Performance Associate, you will be responsible for identifying areas of underperformance and proposing initiatives to improve them.

You will perform targeted analyses to identify the root causes of performance issues and create metrics to measure success.

Your primary objective will be to assist the team lead in devising strategies and tools for business teams to reach performance goals.

You will work on developing and implementing forecasting models and determining the factors that impact business results.

Maintaining departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will also be an essential part of this role.

For this position, we are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in STEM fields, economics, or a related discipline.

A bachelor's degree or master's degree from a reputable institution is required, as well as 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

You should possess proficiency in Excel and SQL, as well as experience in creating dashboards.

Bonus skills like Python knowledge and Power BI understanding are highly valued but not necessary.
