Client Experience Manager

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Salon Receptionist + Manager.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a proven track record of success in a similar role, able to inspire a high-performing team and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to increase revenue and market share, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- Foster a positive and engaging client experience, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and community leaders.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, embracing emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business administration), with a strong focus on leadership and management skills.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Fluent in English language, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural setting.
