This role is responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure.
Main Tasks:- Design and implement strategic proposals that highlight technical expertise and value proposition.
- Identify and pursue high-potential leads through targeted marketing efforts and relationship development.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients to deliver customized solutions and meet their evolving needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
- Manage and optimize online presence through Upwork and LinkedIn profiles.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, ideally in staff augmentation and lead generation.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Highly self-motivated with outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
