In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution growth in your area, leveraging market analysis and coordination with external partners.

Your key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve shipment volumes, in-market sales, and secondary sales, along with distribution performance metrics like coverage, hit rate, and call frequency.
  • Implement an effective distribution strategy and establish the necessary infrastructure. Communicate incentives and rewards to distributors and sales representatives, such as sales data analytics, target incentives, and performance-based compensation.
  • Mentor distributors and sales representatives to ensure seamless implementation of customer management processes. Build relationships with trade partners directly and through sales representatives to capitalize on growth opportunities and drive area business success.
  • Lead trade loyalty programs by setting monthly targets, ensuring follow-up, and compliance with contractual obligations. Identify high-potential retail outlets and wholesalers, assisting in negotiations.
  • Oversee third-party merchandising teams.
  • Address Point of Sale Material issues and ensure rectification.
  • Ensure distributor adherence to regulatory requirements and efficient workload management. Uphold corporate integrity by adhering to policies, procedures, and legal standards, including our Code of Conduct and Marketing Code.
  • Update market intelligence, retail dynamics, and competitor insights to refine strategies and plans.
You'll need
  • A minimum qualification of BBA from a reputable institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales.
