Job Overview
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for educating salesmen and Branch Managers on how to accurately tally physical sales with cash memos. This role requires strong communication skills to train all Branch Managers on explaining queries to different departments effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Educate sales teams on physical sales and cash memo reconciliation.
  • Train Branch Managers on query resolution and departmental collaboration.
  • Maintain a daily dashboard report showcasing leave/absentees, sales targets, and individual targets for each section across branches.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of sales region strategies aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales region, providing guidance and facilitating teamwork to achieve high performance standards.
