Job Description:
As a digital sales expert, you will play a crucial role in driving growth on platforms like Upwork and Bark. You will identify and engage potential projects, develop strong relationships with clients, and focus on upselling services to increase revenue. Your excellent English communication skills and ability to connect with international clients effectively will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect high-potential projects on Upwork and Bark.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Upsell services such as web development, graphic designing, and software solutions to increase revenue.
- Set and meet monthly sales targets, including credit and connect usage targets.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a sales executive on Upwork and Bark platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or excellent accent.
- Ability to work 6 days a week and manage time effectively to meet targets.
- Previous experience working with a startup is an asset.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and upselling strategies.
- History of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Familiarity with bidding, credit usage, and connect optimization on platforms.
