Main Responsibilities:

  2. Drive Secondary SKU-wise volume achievement against targets to enhance Market Share.">
  3. Implement intelligent discounting and promotion strategies to achieve company's net sales revenue.">
  4. Expand SKU penetration according to benchmark availability numbers.">
  5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales information system data.">
  6. Analyze SFE KPIs and adjust sales routes or frequencies to improve performance.">
  7. Accomplish daily planned calls, spend ample time in-market, and coach presellers on sales best practices.">
  8. Discuss execution scores with presellers and highlight gaps to ensure in-outlet execution as per set criteria.">
  9. Monitor competitor activity and suggest effective counter-strategies.">
  10. Oversee proper injection and optimal utilization of company assets in the market.">
