As a Field Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for crafting and executing field sales strategies that maximize reach and visibility across your territory.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a solid background in field sales, preferably in consumer goods. The ideal candidate should have exceptional team leadership skills, a flair for managing and mentoring, and adept communication skills. A history of achieving or outdoing sales benchmarks is essential. Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or similar, equipping you with relevant knowledge.
