Job Description

As a Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise daily activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with vendors for specialized services.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HVAC system operations, including VRF systems, to ensure efficient functioning.
  • Maintain MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems through timely inspections and repairs.
  • Ensure optimal performance of gensets and other power backup systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Manage records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repair and service requirements.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and other hard facilities support services as needed.
  • Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies and resolve facility-related issues promptly.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in facilities management with strong knowledge of MEP systems.
  • Hands-on expertise in HVAC operations, VRF systems, and genset maintenance.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies across all building systems.
  • Strong knowledge of hard facilities management, including firefighting systems, lifts/elevators, and water supply systems.
  • Experience managing BMS (Building Management Systems) for monitoring and controlling facility operations.
  • Skilled in energy management and optimization to reduce utility costs and improve efficiency.
  • Experience supervising maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements for commercial facilities.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining maintenance logs, reports, and inventory records.
  • Capacity to manage multiple sites/floors and respond quickly to urgent facility needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
