ERP Technical Consultant

The role of an ERP technical consultant is to support and enhance the performance of an organization's enterprise resource planning systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and testing these systems to meet specific business requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support users with troubleshooting and provide guidance on optimal system use.
  • Monitor financial, tax, and system controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Create workflows, journals, and other items related to setups, improving overall efficiency.
  • Configure and customize the system according to client needs.
  • Test and validate reports for accurate results in modules and ledgers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and data models in Power BI for informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills are necessary for effective collaboration and documentation.
  • Strong time management and teamwork abilities are required to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively.
  • A solid understanding of data modeling and data transformation principles is crucial.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, data modeling is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365/AX2012 is advantageous but not mandatory.
