Customer Support Specialist – ERP Systems

iTack Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Senior Customer Support Specialist with expertise in ERP systems. This role involves supporting ERP solutions, conducting live product demonstrations, translating client requirements into actionable steps for internal teams, and ensuring seamless implementation.

You will be responsible for client interactions — driving successful onboarding, building long-term relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for ERP-related queries.
  • Lead product walkthroughs and onboarding sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Gather and document client business requirements for system configuration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
  • Assist in configuring ERP modules and participate in testing and rollout activities.
  • Manage support tickets proactively, ensuring resolution within SLA timelines.
  • Build long-term client relationships through professional communication.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and client experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting or implementing ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, EfroTech, QuickBooks, or similar platforms covering accounting, inventory, HR, and payroll.
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows and modules (Accounts, HR, Payroll, Inventory, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to understand and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or tickets in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in ERP implementation or client-facing consulting roles.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or other CRM/support systems.
