Branch Operations Manager Role

A leading company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of its regional branch.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage regional staff, address any grievances with the HR department, and provide daily attendance reports to Head Office.

  • Coordinate with the HR Manager and other relevant departments at Head Office on a daily basis.
  • Administer office operations and obtain approval for tasks from Head Office, such as repairs or purchases.
  • Maintain the functionality of electric appliances in the office.
  • Document new hires and conduct background checks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee management and administration of the regional branch.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage regional staff and develop their skills through training and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
