Frontline Food Service Professional

Key Responsibilities of Food Service Staff Include:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in cafeterias, kitchens, offices, and other areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and washing.
- Provide efficient service delivery at cafeteria counters, patient meal service tray lines, food production, and processing areas as per instructions.
- Collect and dispose of garbage, food waste, and trash in designated areas according to cleaning standards.
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, equipment, utensils, exhaust food, and dirty dishes.
- Report any food safety concerns or complaints to immediate supervisors.
Requirements for the Position Include:
- Matriculate or equivalent qualification.
- Non-matriculate with a minimum one year of experience in reputable hotels, hospitals, airlines, or restaurants.
- Able to lift heavy objects/equipment like trolleys, trays, etc.
- Ability to comprehend simple verbal and written instructions in Urdu and English.
- Teamwork and collaboration are essential skills for this role.
- Respectful attitude towards supervisors, colleagues, and customers is required.
- Willingness to work in shift duties and at other locations is necessary.
