Job Title: Nutrition and Food Services Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our store areas. This includes maintaining accurate documentation, receiving and issuing commodities, and adhering to proper rotation protocols.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain store areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Receive and issue commodities according to relevant documents and maintain stock rotation based on FIFO protocol.
  • Ensure accuracy of postings and entries in receiving registers and computer systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of incoming products for quality and quantity.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma with 2-3 years of related work experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory principles and knowledge of perishable and non-perishable food commodities.
  • Ability to handle challans, requisitions, and food costing analysis.
  • Proficiency in using computer software programs.
