Job Opportunity: Skilled TradespersonAbout the Role

This is a highly skilled technical position for an experienced tradesperson with expertise in mechanical services installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing, electrical, and piping systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs of mechanical equipment installations to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Executing planned preventive maintenance activities on all mechanical equipment/services as per defined procedures to minimize breakdowns and extend their lifespan.
  • Recording pertinent information on job activities to maintain a comprehensive history and relevant data within the facilities and equipment management system.
  • Conducting regular inspections and observations of assigned equipment/services to prevent breakdowns and meet user needs.
  • Adhering to established safety protocols and dress code at work.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary education mandatory.
  • Certificate course in Plumbing preferred.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical knowledge of Air compressors, Pumps, Medical Air and Vacuum, Electro-Mechanical, Pneumatic, and other equipment.
  • Able to read Piping and Instrumentation diagrams independently.
  • Able to understand and write simple English and Urdu.
  • Extensive knowledge of plant preventive maintenance systems.
