As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions, providing training and support to maximize platform utilization.
- Proactive Engagement: Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive business outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored plans to address client objectives, leveraging our platform's capabilities to drive growth and retention.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions that maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making adjustments as needed to optimize client outcomes.
- Proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal)
- 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of effectively managing a book of business of 90+ large business accounts proactively and independently
- Proven track record of successfully getting the BOB through renewals and mitigating churn
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt in the moment
- Strong grasp of SaaS applications
- Logistics experience is a big plus
