Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or customer care with international clients, especially in the US, North America, Canada, & Australia
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with business operations and needs in small-to-medium-sized businesses
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English communication
