  • Document and escalate technical issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Host engaging product demos and training sessions, educating clients on the capabilities and benefits of our software.
Key Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and a passion for learning.
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to the growth of IntegCubes.
