- Deliver top-tier support to customers, addressing their product-related queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to stay informed about new feature releases and enhancements.
- Offer personalized support to customers, configuring and troubleshooting products to meet their unique needs.
- Document and escalate technical issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Host engaging product demos and training sessions, educating clients on the capabilities and benefits of our software.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and a passion for learning.
- Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is highly valued.
- Familiarity with the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to the growth of IntegCubes.
