We are seeking a skilled IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to contribute to the growth of our IT departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and identifying highly qualified candidates through niche platforms, such as Stack Overflow and GitHub, to meet business requirements.
  • Accurately parsing specialized skills and qualifications from IT resumes to ensure seamless screening.
  • Conducting thorough pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' abilities and potential fit for open roles.
  • Crafting and conducting structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions to accurately assess candidates.
  • Collaborating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Developing personalized recruiting emails and engaging passive candidates by highlighting current job openings and company values.
  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding new hires, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Fostering a positive employer brand reputation by promoting the company as an attractive workplace.
  • Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements, providing valuable insights for future hiring.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technological trends and products to stay competitive in the market.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including phone, Skype, and structured interviews.
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain complex job requirements for technical roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases to efficiently manage candidate information.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search, to reach a wider pool of candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of HR practices and labor legislation to ensure compliance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant field to provide a solid foundation in talent acquisition principles.
