Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Development
    • Design and deliver training programs for new teachers on classroom management and child-teacher interactions.
    • Orient new employees on program planning and routine implementation.
    • Conduct engaging sessions on transition routines and circle time activities.
  • Lunch and Snack Service
    • Implement a safe and efficient lunch and snack service.
  • Independence Skills
    • Educate staff on the importance of dressing independently.
  • Center Management
    • Maintain order and utilize centers effectively in classrooms.
  • Supervision and Support
    • Directly supervise staff and schools, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Meet regularly with the Director of Curriculum to discuss progress and challenges.
    • Order supplies and materials for classrooms.
    • Communicate with directors on staff and child behavior issues.
  • Maintenance and Quality Control
    • Conduct quarterly inspections of schools to ensure maintenance and supply standards are met.
    • Stay updated on new ideas and best practices through trainings and share information with the team.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare monthly meeting notes for schools, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Update libraries at schools monthly, tracking missing books and resources.
