As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers through various channels.

About the Role

  • You will perform complex web migrations and assist junior colleagues in their migration processes.

  • Your role includes helping customers with application load tests and upgrades.

  • You will convert complex customer queries into actionable tickets when necessary.

  • Additionally, you will monitor and respond to abuse reports from multiple sources, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Problem-solving techniques and analytical skills are essential to resolve customer issues while maintaining regular communication.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to empathize with customer needs.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience, is required.

Familiarity with hosting industry, particularly related to PHP (WordPress, Magento), Linux, Nginx, Apache, MySQL, is expected.

Experience as a developer is a plus.

A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills is required.

BASIC knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, GCE) is desirable.
