Genesys Cloud Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our contact centers across various locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Configure, deploy and maintain the Genesys cloud contact center solution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all telephony inquiries and issues.
  • Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for Telephony Operations.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues related to Genesys cloud and its integrated platforms.
  • Coordinate tasks and resolve issues with other teams globally.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or IT/Telecom.
  • Certification or training in Genesys cloud is preferred.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication principles, including VoIP, SIP and Contact Centers as a Service model.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
