Job Title: Performance Improvement Team Lead

The goal of this role is to contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care and safety. The ideal candidate will be able to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance accountability and continuous improvement.

This position involves monitoring productivity and quality assurance reports, ensuring competent work output. It also requires coordinating activities related to Joint Commission International Accreditation and facilitating internal/external audits.

Key responsibilities include enhancing subordinate performance through coaching, training, and feedback practices, as well as assisting department heads in goal-setting, strategy development, and target compliance.

Additional duties involve identifying quality projects, formalizing teams, and process projects. The successful candidate will also conduct unit meetings to maintain communication and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree; preferably Master's.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to interact with employees, physicians, and users of medical records.
  • Highly motivated, able to gather data, and make sound decisions.
  • Leadership skills and well-developed written and verbal skills.
  • Able to work in stressful situations and handle multiple tasks.
