This role will challenge you to grow business through customer acquisition and providing administrative services while ensuring efficient distribution of sales targets across teams and territories. You will work towards continuous improvement and expansion of the retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business growth by acquiring new customers and identifying potential revenue increase areas.
- Support teams in achieving their monthly targets while maintaining quality benchmarks.
- Implement effective sales planning for all brands across territories.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth coordination with business operation teams.
- Work with trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure compliance with agreed policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Certification in selling techniques will be beneficial.
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales and distribution management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
