We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a full-time capacity.

  • Job Summary
  • This is a senior-level role that will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives;
  • Manage the recruitment process from job postings to new hire onboarding;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits enrollment;
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off;
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities;
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues;
  • Develop and present training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills;
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting employment practices.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a retail apparel and fashion industry;
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and employment practices;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • PHR certification preferred but not required.
