HR Officer | Recruitment & Operations | Technical & Non Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of the hiring process and be confident in sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent without overcomplicating things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Keep recruitment records and reports up to date.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Ability to hire efficiently with a practical and straightforward approach.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Stack Overflow, GitHub, ATS and basic recruitment tools.
