Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our recruitment efforts.

About the Role

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Keep recruitment records and reports up to date.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  • The ability to hire efficiently with a practical and straightforward approach.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Stack Overflow, GitHub, and basic recruitment tools.
