About the Role
">This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Amazon Account Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts to drive sales growth, improve brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace policies and procedures, as well as experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and advertising platforms. You will work closely with our product development, marketing, and logistics teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance product listings, manage inventory, and analyze performance data.
">Your key responsibilities will include:
">- Overseeing day-to-day management of Amazon seller accounts, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.">
- Optimizing product detail pages with SEO-friendly content, images, and A+ content to increase discoverability and conversion rates.">
- Monitoring account health metrics and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.">
- Planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to boost product visibility and sales.">
- Analyzing advertising performance and recommending strategies to maximize ROI.">
- Tracking sales trends, customer reviews, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.">
- Preparing regular performance reports and presenting actionable insights to internal teams and clients.">
- Managing inventory forecasting and replenishment in coordination with supply chain teams.">
- Managing customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.">
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.">
