We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Customer Sales Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client portfolios to sustain business growth and profitability through upselling.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience and improve onboarding processes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers, mediate between clients and the organization, and handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Follow up on sales, courier tracking, and returns.

This position involves prospecting and upselling, managing outbound/inbound calls to clients. Successful candidates must be social, analytical, eager to learn new software, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will engage with customers, maximize value, and develop strategies to grow our customer base and increase sales revenue per order.

A minimum of 2-3+ years of proven experience in customer success, service, sales, communications, or a Bachelor's degree is required. Highly organized, able to multitask, self-driven, and proactive candidates should apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrate leadership qualities. High computer literacy and quick learner of new software are essential. Knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation are also desired.

Patience, active listening, and passion for sales are key attributes of this role. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is highly valued. At least 2 years of successful revenue-based sales experience is necessary.

Salary Range: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000 base pay plus incentives on upselling

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
