About This Cloud Position

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our Information Systems & Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation and management of innovative digital solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving technological excellence across industries.

This role is pivotal in managing, optimizing, and supporting cloud infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems while providing expert-level support to end-users. Our commitment to cutting-edge technology ensures that you will contribute to building robust digital infrastructure and help implement forward-thinking IT practices to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines (VMs), virtual networks, storage, and backups.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Tenant configuration and management.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune for device management and ensure the integration of mobile and endpoint devices with Azure AD.
  • Azure Entra-ID (Identity Management), manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Manage Active Directory (on-premises) and Azure Active Directory synchronization, policies, and user access.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure administration, including VMs, networking, storage, and identity management (Azure AD).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune).
  • Knowledge of cloud billing management and license management for cloud products (Azure, Office 365, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory (on-premises) and Azure Active Directory (AD) integration, management, and synchronization.
  • Experience with vCenter and VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles, including VPNs, DNS, and TCP/IP.
  • Familiarity with antivirus and endpoint protection software.
