Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve service level agreements as per contract by ensuring timely delivery of services.
  2. Take lead on urgent issues and projects, ensuring clear communication of statuses and assignment of necessary resources.
  3. Maintain accurate documentation of system configuration, processes, and tools used by the team.
  4. Possess a thorough process methodology and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with development engineering to create and deploy a continuous integration/continuous deployment infrastructure.
  6. Design and implement environments for quality assurance, development, etc.
  7. Deploy and support applications on cloud environment.
  8. Ensure infrastructure security and maintain secure, reliable, scalable, and automated environments.
  9. Provide direct server support during various operations such as deployment and general production.
  10. Collaborate with developers to ensure new environments meet requirements and conform to best practices.
  11. Design, implement, and test agreed-upon infrastructures.
  12. Automate deployment of Linux applications, system configurations, and security settings.
  13. Evaluate candidates for open positions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or relevant field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of related experience in professional industry.
  3. Proficiency in tools like Jenkins, Azure, App Center Cloud Formation, Terraform, Ansible, Subversion, Docker.
  4. Knowledge of both relational and NoSQL data platforms such as MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis.
  5. Experience working with Windows Servers on VMWare, IIS, MSSQL, MongoDB.
  6. Advanced scripting experience (Python, Ruby, Bash, Powershell).
  7. Strong experience with Linux distributions (Rhel 8, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux).
  8. Experience working embedded with development teams, helping them automate/optimize.
  9. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  10. Flexible attitude and versatile personality.
