The Recruitment Specialist role is a vital part of our team, responsible for overseeing recruitment initiatives for staffing needs in our Islamabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of recruitment processes to ensure efficient hiring practices across various departments.
  • Collaboration with internal departments to understand their unique hiring goals and workforce planning objectives.
  • Creation and refinement of job descriptions for external postings across various roles.
  • Recruitment for a wide range of positions across all departments, including Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Full-cycle recruitment process management, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and video screening.
  • Maintenance of a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Posting external job openings and managing the applicant tracking process through GoHire.
  • Candidate profiling and evaluation to assess experience, education, skills, and compensation expectations.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for candidates and building professional relationships throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Educational background in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to responding to candidates promptly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on supporting hiring goals across departments.
  • Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to management, across various departments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and goal-oriented environment.
