**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

This role involves overseeing recruitment initiatives to fill staffing needs in our Islamabad office. It requires collaboration with internal departments to understand their unique hiring goals and workforce planning objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment initiatives for staffing needs in the Islamabad office.
  • Collaborate with all internal departments to understand their unique hiring goals and workforce planning objectives.
  • Support the HR department by creating and refining job descriptions for external postings across various roles.
  • Recruit for a wide range of positions across all departments, including but not limited to Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and video screening.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Post external job openings and manage the applicant tracking process.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess experience, education, skills, and compensation expectations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and build strong, professional relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Educational background in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to responding to candidates promptly, following established timelines and providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on supporting hiring goals across departments.
  • Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to management, across various departments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in conducting phone interviews to effectively assess core competencies and refer top candidates to HR and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and goal-oriented environment.
  • Self-sufficient and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
