Job Title: Senior Client Advocate

Lead customer adoption of innovative products, ensuring seamless integration and maximum utilization to meet client needs.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements to identify and recommend impactful product features that align with their objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Leverage expertise as a subject matter expert to address client concerns, provide tailored solutions, and optimize their experience with the product.

We are expanding our global presence, and this role offers the opportunity to lead a team working on a world-class product. The successful candidate will be exposed to clients across the globe, with opportunities to travel and take on thought leadership in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with North American and European clients, as well as 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Experience, or Relationship Management roles. They must be able to drive client satisfaction and retention, collaborate with technical teams, and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Client Success KPIs and workflows.

  • Proficient in account management and modern CRM tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

They should have prior experience in Client Support or Technical Support roles, and be proficient in modern CRM tools and platforms.
