Client Partner – Success & Services

(Contract / Part-Time / Full-Time / Hybrid-Remote)

About the Role

This is not a "maintenance" role. We are looking for a Client Partner – Success & Services
to
own client relationships, scale systems, and drive growth
in a global agency. You will be the architect of a client success function designed to scale beyond individuals — building long-term partnerships that fuel performance and revenue growth.

We are open to
contract, part-time, or full-time engagements
. What matters is finding the right person who can deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the
    end-to-end client experience
    : onboarding, communication, delivery, and outcomes.
  • Drive
    retention, upsells, referrals, and long-term partnerships
    .
  • Design and implement
    repeatable service processes
    : onboarding flows, playbooks, SOPs.
  • Monitor account health, manage escalations, and solve problems before they grow.
  • Build a framework that allows the agency to scale without founder dependency.

Success Metrics

  • Improve client
    retention rates, upsell % and referral volume
    .
  • Deliver a
    documented, repeatable client success model
    with a trained team running it.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    client relationship management, account growth, or success leadership

  • Ability to
    retain, grow, and expand client accounts
    .
  • Strong communicator with a
    problem-solving, client-first mindset
    .
  • Experience building
    structured processes and scalable frameworks
    .
  • Comfortable operating in a
    fast-moving, hybrid-remote environment
    .
