Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Training & Client Engagement Executive. This position demands a highly organized, proactive, and communicative professional who can seamlessly manage training logistics, client follow-ups, proposals, event coordination, podcast handling, and digital media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and organize training programs (in-house and client-based). 
  • Handle end-to-end training logistics, including venue setup, training materials, and tech arrangements. 
  • Track attendance, feedback, and post-training evaluation reports. 
Client Engagement & Follow-up:
  • Coordinate with corporate clients for training nominations, feedback, and satisfaction surveys. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 
  • Prepare and follow up on training proposals and service agreements. 
Event & Podcast Management:
  • Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, seminars, and public workshops. 
  • Coordinate with industry leaders, guests, and influencers for podcast scheduling and execution. 
  • Assist in editing, publishing, and promoting podcast episodes. 
Social Media & Marketing:
  • Develop, schedule, and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. 
  • Stay updated on current trends to create relevant and engaging content. 
  • Support in designing promotional materials and captions for training and podcast posts. 
Administrative & Reporting Support:
  • Maintain training calendars, documentation, and CRM systems. 
  • Support in creating presentations, reports, and evaluation summaries. 
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up via emails, calls, and WhatsApp. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, HR, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, client handling, or social media. 
Skills Required:
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva or similar).
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media algorithms.
  • Communication Skills: 
    • Excellent English skills – reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
    • Confident in communicating with clients and industry leaders.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Proactive, accountable, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
