Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screening and shortlisting candidates based on qualifications and experience, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates, maintaining recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring progress and improve processes, assisting in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment activities, and supporting the HR team in other related tasks as needed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING JOB PORTALS, SOCIAL MEDIA, NETWORKING, AND EMPLOYEE REFERRALS.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring progress and improve processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment activities.
  • Support the HR team in other related tasks as needed.
