Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and closing deals with hotel owners, general managers, and senior stakeholders.

You will engage in sales conversations, design customized pricing strategies, and manage the negotiation process to secure agreements.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to close deals efficiently and support smooth implementation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Comfortable speaking English and engaging with hotel owners, general managers, and department heads.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic proposal/quoting platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in international markets, especially the UK and US, with knowledge of local business practices and hospitality buyer behavior.
