Job Opportunity:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance and sales levels. You will analyze and plan company profitability, organize marketing activities, and prepare reports on staff control and work quality.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth and revenue by developing and executing strategies to improve sales and profit levels.
  2. Organize promotional events and advertising campaigns to increase visibility and reach a wider audience.
  3. Prepare detailed reports on staff performance, progress, check-in and check-out timings, and work quality to ensure high standards are maintained.
  4. Develop and implement plans for departmental sales, profit, and staff development to achieve growth and improvement.
  5. Recruit, train, manage, and motivate staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to perform their roles effectively.
  6. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and complaints to maintain a positive reputation.
  7. Meet and greet customers to provide excellent service and build relationships.
  8. Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure that all work meets expectations.
  9. Ensure discipline is maintained at the office and that payments are sorted efficiently and accurately.
Key Requirements:

Strong leadership, motivational, and management skills are essential for this role, along with a background in finances/accounting. The ability to maintain discipline at the office, record check-in and check-out timings of staff, supervise work, report problems/trouble makers to administration, greet/seat guests, distribute salaries, etc. is also required.
