Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to set up, monitor, and deliver quality advice and services across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, enforcing, and reviewing current policies and standards, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.

A key aspect of this role is identifying employee training needs and ensuring that all staff have adequate training for their roles.

The Quality Assurance Manager will contribute to the development of audit processes and systems, overseeing implementation and conducting internal inspections to ensure auditor needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, enforce, and review current policy and improve standards across the business.
  • Validate and coordinate audit and test activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and contractual requirements and maintain business performance.
  • Review quality systems and make recommendations to streamline and improve compliance.
  • Identify employee training needs and ensure adequate training for staff roles.
About the RoleRequirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as business studies or business administration.
  • APM PFQ, PMQ or PRINCE2 related qualification is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, with a willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion.
  • Ability to monitor your own performance and that of your colleagues.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Team player who demonstrates a high level of integrity.
  • Strong business management and leadership skills.
