Regional Education Manager Job DescriptionSummary:

The Regional Education Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of quality education at schools. This involves developing high-performing teams, executing educational programs, and monitoring performance across various levels.

Responsibilities:
  1. Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and motivate area teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
  2. Culture Building: Create a culture of care and growth across areas and schools, emphasizing open communication and transparency.
  3. Education Delivery: Ensure the delivery of quality education in schools by implementing and monitoring inputs, as well as tracking students' learning outcomes.
  4. Implementation Planning: Design implementation plans for educational interventions and methodologies to meet goals.
  5. Student Enrollment: Develop and execute student enrollment and retention plans in coordination with area teams.
  6. Policy Implementation: Ensure the implementation of policies and plans through school visits, classroom observation, and staff meetings.
  7. Talent Needs Assessment: Lead talent needs assessments for schools with support from area teams.
  8. Evaluation and Remediation: Ensure quality and transparency in internal/external school evaluations and student assessments.
  9. Staff Development: Train and support area teams in recruiting and retaining quality school staff.
  10. Goal Alignment: Analyze interventions, resources, student results, and teacher performances to ensure alignment with set goals.
  11. Community Engagement: Engage communities through area teams for effective school management and community development programs.
  12. Resource Management: Coordinate with functional departments for regional and area implementation plans, feedback on interventions, and timely provision of materials and supplies.
  13. Data Management: Manage and supervise MIS of education-related indicators.
  14. Networking: Network with education officials in districts for relationship management, conflict resolution, and resourcing.
  15. Reporting: Coordinate with external evaluators for data collection, documentation, and timely reporting.
