Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and experience working with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research to understand student demands, identifying market opportunities, and implementing innovative features to capture more students.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data sets, and draw actionable insights. The candidate should also have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to prioritize feature development based on research findings, market demand, and business objectives.
  • Incorporate AI technologies into the platform to enhance user experience, optimize processes, and personalize interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the product to better meet the needs of students and capture a larger market share.
  • Develop innovative solutions and features that align with student needs and differentiate from competitors.
  • Continuously iterate and optimize features based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Invest in research and development to innovate and improve product offerings.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Communicate product enhancements and updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business or economics) required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in product analysis, market research, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and drive product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
