  • We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to drive the enhancement of our student homework assistance platform.

About the Role:

  1. You will conduct research to understand student demands and identify market opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature development, monitor product performance, and optimize the platform to maximize student engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to prioritize feature development based on research findings, market demand, and business objectives.
  • Integrate AI technologies into the platform to enhance user experience, optimize processes, and personalize interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the platform to better meet the needs of students and capture a larger market share.
  • Develop innovative solutions and features for the platform that align with student needs and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Continuously iterate and optimize features based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats to our market position.
  • Invest in research and development (R&D) to innovate and improve our product offerings.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase student engagement, retention, and satisfaction with the product.
  • Communicate product enhancements and updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a product or business analytics role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on student learning experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business or economics) required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in product analysis, market research, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and drive product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
