**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving walk-in customers and handling service inquiries and problems.

You will attend to customers' telephone calls and book their complaints, collecting all relevant information about the customer, unit, and job request. You will prepare Job Cards and provide repair time and cost estimates to customers at the time of receiving the unit or booking field complaints.

Your duties will also include maintaining follow-up and coordinating with workshop and field supervisors to maintain updated information on repair status. You will inform customers in case of changes to repair time, cost, or extent of agreed work.

Additionally, you will coordinate with workshop supervisors for delivery of units to customers after repair and complete the job card in all respects after repair and forward it to the Accountant for invoicing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare and maintain necessary documents and reports, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in CSD software and submission to Head Office on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collect and process customer information
  • Prepare and send Job Cards and repair estimates
  • Maintain follow-up and communicate with customers regarding repair status
  • Coordinate with workshop and field supervisors for repair and delivery
