We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Programs Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training strategies for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective training programs and e-learning modules.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify skills gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Track training participation and outcomes using learning management systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a similar HR role.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Work from office.
